WinPlay KYC Verification Process
WinPlay asks for KYC when you register details need confirmation, when you request a withdrawal, when your deposit or payout pattern triggers an internal check, or when a payment method has to be verified before it can be used for cashouts.
The casino reviews your personal data (name, date of birth, and address) against the documents you upload. Any mismatch (spelling, missing middle name, old address) pauses the review until you resubmit matching files.
Upload files as clear colour photos or scans. WinPlay rejects cropped corners, heavy blur, glare on holograms, or edited images.
Processing time is typically 15 minutes to 24 hours after all files are accepted. If the review is manual or a resubmission is needed, it can take up to 72 hours.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A passport or national ID card showing your full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date. WinPlay may request a selfie or short video holding the document to confirm it is you.
- Address proof: A document dated within the last 90 days showing your full name and current address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter. Screenshots without issuer details are commonly rejected.
- Payment method: Proof that the deposit method belongs to you. For a bank card, WinPlay typically asks for a photo of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, with the middle digits covered, and the cardholder name visible; the CVV must be hidden. For e-wallets, it usually accepts a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and the account email/ID, plus transaction details if requested.
Current status: WinPlay’s KYC is a document-based check tied to withdrawals and payment-method approval, with most reviews finishing within 24 hours and edge cases taking up to 72 hours.
